FLUIDITY OF MOVEMENT IN OUTDOOR SPORTS

March 3, 2019

Its importance in sport depends on its link with energy efficiency and the proper execution of the movement.

The development of a system to assess fluency of movement is important for the training and rehabilitation fields.

Until now, fluency has been assessed in literature in the neurological rehabilitation sphere.

It may improve understanding of the critical parts of movements and enhance assessment of training and rehabilitation results.

This research projects adopts the technology developed by XSENS.
